Staff training on assembly procedures

On behalf of the customer, we have been responsible for staff training on assembly procedures.

We worked on the implementation of an arbitrarily scalable virtual environment for training staff, replicating the specific working conditions of assembly procedures for maintenance equipment for machines manufacturing screws.

The application has enabled to customer to:

• reduce training time by operating in parallel on multiple users;
• reduce costs by significantly reducing the time spent on training at the actual site;
• standardise staff training across different sites by implementing a single environment in which the same procedures can be delivered to all users;
• objectively evaluate individual users by implementing automatic report generation criteria based on the recording of execution times, errors made, number of executions.

The application was completely developed in-house using the AVEVA development environment.
