PLC-HMI software for production and pack-aging system

We developed PLC-HMI software for a polyurethane panel production and packaging system.

We were responsible for the development of the management software
for an entire polyurethane panel production line, from forming the sheets to cutting and packaging the finished product. We customised the software and its graphical interface to meet the specific customer requirements. Lastly, we carried out the commissioning of the software at the premises of the end customer and organised targeted training on the use of the system.

In this project, it was crucial that we were able to adapt our programming standards to the customer’s specific requirements, such as 1:1 reproduction of digital graphics and buttons, in order to guarantee the most intuitive use possible for the operator and, at the same time, to offer in-depth diagnostics without the need to interface with the developer.

We succeeded in creating a complete, ready-to-use software package with an intuitive graphic interface that unifies the management of different stations featuring modules made by different manufacturers, thus guaranteeing ease of use for any type of user.

The installation of the entire production line was the result of a collaboration between a leading company in the sector which supplied the various electrical and mechanical modules, and MR Robotica, which developed the PLC, HMI management and supervision software modules for the entire line.
