Supervision for integration of monitoring and independent management of two robots
We worked on HMI-SCADA software to supervise 2 brushing workcells.
We worked on HMI-SCADA software to supervise 2 brushing workcells. To complement the system, designed and built entirely by MR Robotica, a supervision SCADA system was developed to integrate the independent monitoring and management of two robots for brushing aluminium profiles with different potential geometries and lengths.
The system enabled the customer to:
- directly manage the production of the two robots via the MES, even independently producing different product codes;
- predict and plan the replacement of consumables such as brush wheels based on actual production;
- quickly and easily create new production recipes, either from the panel or via orders directly from the MES;
- monitor production KPIs;
- take advantage of industry 4.0 tax incentives.
