Our pathway: consistently growing since 1978 to current day.
incorporation of the OFFICINA ELETTRO MECCANICA MARIO BUELLI which, given the experience of the founder in the electrical engineering of the Valle Seriana cotton mills, immediately established itself as a benchmark enterprise in the supply of electrical systems for textile machinery companies such as: Vamatex, Somet (incorporated by Gruppo Itema), Reggiani Macchine, Deimo, Marzoli.
thanks to the consistent growth of operations and the consequent need for additional space, the company moved from the historic seat in Sovere in via Longhina, to the new headquarters in Sovere in via Belvedere, a new 1,500 square metre facility with offices, a warehouse and workshop.
the expansion continues and the Sovere headquarters is extended further to include another 800 square metres dedicated to workshops and warehouses; the company's operating activities, while maintaining textile machinery as its core-business, expands its horizons towards applications for machine tools. Thanks to the collaboration with Mandelli, Innse Berardi and Gnutti, the company gained extensive experience in Fanuc and Indramat connection systems for motion control and in the development of integrated electrical systems.
when the founder's sons joined the company as shareholders with operational roles ELETTRO MECCANICA MARIO BUELLI was then transformed into ELETTROCABLAGGI.
ELETTROCABLAGGI becomes an official partner of Siemens in the production of pre-wired cables for Motion Control of the Automation & Drives division at the Siemens plant in Cavenago Brianza. Production for Siemens went on to reach over 80,000 cables/year. The turnover of ELETTROCABLAGGI in 1996 grows to a total of 3.5 billion Lira/year.
in additional support to the company's development, it invested in yet more properties and which is still the company's registered office in Endine Gaiano in the borough of Pertegalli with 800 square metres of offices and 3,000 square meters of workshops and warehouses. The operational headquarters in Sovere is still used as a warehouse and cable cutting division. The diversification of the company’s business continues with its entry into the sectors of wood, marble and glass processing machinery.
a strong drive towards diversification of activities comes with investments in the commercial area aimed at developing the sales network, which go hand in hand with the investments in technologies and tools for the consistent improvement of the quality and services offered to the market. It is during these years that the Company starts to attend Italian and foreign trade fairs such as Bi.Mu and SPS Drives.
ELETTROCABLAGGI continues its pathway based on continuous improvement of products and services, supported by adequate investments, and obtains certification of its Quality Management System. The business diversification pathway also continues with the acquisition of new customers in various sectors of industrial automation. Company turnover stands at roughly 10 million Euro/year.
having overcome 2008-2009, severely affected by the extensive global economic crisis that hit economic and business scenarios at a general level, ELETTROCABLAGGI heads towards a pathway of analysis and change, supported by management and strategic consulting activities. The ultimate goal is the understanding and management of the growing complexity regarding the maintenance and development of the company's growth dynamics.
Its evolution pathway commences supported by significantly large investments in design skills, know-how and tools. Elettrocablaggi presents itself both as a supplier and system integrator, and also as a partner for the development and design of hardware and software.
Independent collaborations are consolidated with public and private companies and consortia. Intellimech is the consortium for the development of the mechatronics used at the Kilometro Rosso business park in Bergamo, Matech is an enterprise of the Galileo Scientific Park of Padua for the development of innovative materials. The UL/CSA certification for the industrial control panel is approved.
New assets and new investments in infrastructure, where Elettrocablaggi purchases a new production area less than 1km from the current head office in Endine Gaiano. Turnover reaches an absolute record of 15.8 mill/EURO.
Oriented towards the future, to face the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the Industry 4.0 universe, with our fundamental set of values and the challenges of mechatronics and new technologies. Solutions Elettrocablaggi's integrated approach allows customers to exploit all or some of the options of the services package (design, consulting and training, software and automation, logistics and commissioning of systems) and products (chains, components, panels, cables, integrated system) provided by the company.
